Should I be worried? when I went pee little like tissue pieces discharged but not any heavy clots it's all pink and then this when I wipe it's not a lot that discharged either I'm 5 weeks 5 days if that helps

I had discharge/spotting like this on a few occasions between 5-7 weeks. I found doing regular blood tests during the first trimester helped me to stay positive as I knew for sure my HCG was still increasing (I've had three miscarriages before this pregnancy so was super anxious when I spotted), and when I went to the hospital for the spotting once they did an ultrasound and the baby was fine. I'm 32 weeks pregnant now and baby is totally healthy, so try not to worry but do go and get an ultrasound or blood test if you think that'll help make you feel calmer (:

If you peed that out, you most likely have a bad UTI. If that came from your vagina, call your doctor immediately. Pink might be normal but tissue is alarming.

Thats What Mine Loooked Like.
My Aunt is A Midwife & Told Me Its Normal & Implantation Was Most Likely Taking Place. And To Literally Put A Pad on Monitor it & Put My Feet Up & Relax For The Night Because Stress Does So Much To Mess Things Up. Good Luck.

I had a little pink discharge at the beginning of pregnancy. Along with a little normal discharge made me wonder if it was tissue. I'm 16 weeks now, have had 100% healthy and normal pregnancy! I wouldn't worry too much :) ❤️

That's a little more then I've seen before, but it's pink so you're probably fine. If it continues for more then a couple days, I'd go in to get checked, but as long as it's not red you're probably OK. Pink spotting is normal and very common.
