Sleep problems with exams next week! :(

For the past several days I have been getting so tired at around 10/10:30 at night and falling asleep on my phone and then waking up at 2/3am. It's so annoying because I need all the sleep I can because I'm usually tired during the day aswell but like not enough to fall asleep I'm just drained. I have my a level mocks next week and I haven't even done nearly enough revision and me and my boyfriend are constantly arguing lately so could it all be down to stress? What do I do and what is it?
