Waiting as long as possible! I'm not saying to not do it. Honestly I want to pierce my daughters ears but I'm not going to, just because of all the crap I will get for it. But my dads girlfriend has stretched/"gauged" ears and she said that her parents got hers pierced when she was a baby. The piercer put them in a bad spot or maybe her earlobes just changed over time but either way, the holes ended up being way too high up. She said it was the main reason she stretched her ears, that it looks better that way than normal with the placement being so off. So it's just something to think about! Bigger earlobes are easier to work with. I never thought about it before and thought I'd share. 

Also!! Don't go to Claire's.. Just go to a professional place.. I'd rather pierce my daughters ears in my bathroom than go have them done in the mall with a gun😂
