Best contraceptive Pill (or less side effects)?

I moved to Europe alone and I have a real desorder, my cycle would last 39 days for example... I gained a lot of weight and have a lot of acne, wich is depressing me a lot... so my Dr. recommended me to take Yaz, but I'm scared to gain more weight and the mood swings. I've tried Zoely before and it made me lose 5kg but was really suicidal. 
Please help me 💕
