Took my first phentermine pill today. Just wondering if I should be exercising while taking it. Will it work without exercise? Trying to go from this ...

I've been on those pills for a 1 1/2  month now and I've lost 25 pounds I was 204 and now I'm at 179 pounds. Honestly I think exercising and eating right help out a lot. YOU CAN DO IT ☺

I also was skinny and gained some wanted pounds but also a few I didn't want. I just got Liposuction and a Brazilian butt lift. I had some love handles in my mid back so I got it sucked out 20 days ago and now I'm in recovery. Eat clean and exercise regularly so you don't have to go through what I went through. My procedure was painful and costly but I'm happy I did it

I haven't taken it but I'd say the best bet is to do some walking/jogging to help speed up the weight loss if you want to. It's most likely not needed since it's a weight loss pill meant to help you lose weight.
