I'm almost 5 weeks, and I'm having really bad pains in my stomach, not like menstrual cramps, but almost like I got the air knocked out of me pain.. it hurts really bad, and it feels like almost like a lot of pressure too? And I'm so nauseous and scared... do I need to go to the ER or is this normal... someone help please 😞😞😞
