Trying to Conceive with Endometriosis
In January of 2016 I had a laparoscopic surgery to confirm I had Endometriosis and uterine polyps, both of which were removed via a CO2 laser. Fast forward to a few months ago, I started having similar pains and abnormal menstrual cycles like I had before the surgery and my doctor thinks the endo may have returned. My husband and I are ready to have children and I would prefer to try and wait until after I have my first child until I have another surgery. However, my doctor told me that if I cannot conceive naturally that I may need a surgery to help my chances of fertility. We have been ttc naturally for two months now with no luck. Has anyone with endo had luck conceiving naturally and if so do you have any advice or tips on what helped you and how long it took? If you weren't able to conceive naturally without a surgery or fertility treatment, what method did you use and how long after were you able to conceive? Thanks so much, I really appreciate any help!
