can morning sickness start at end of second trimester?

H
Yesterday around 10:30 after eating breakfast I promptly threw everything up right as I finished and didn't even feel sick beforehand. No fever or anything. It's nearing that time again now today and I am eating breakfast and I think I am feeling a tiny bit nauseous and worried I might throw up again. Yesterday was the first time I've thrown up in my whole pregnancy, I just had all day nausea early during my first trimester. Can morning sickness begin this far into my pregnancy? Or maybe yesterday I got food poisoning and today I am just psyching myself out.
