Starting contractions?

Any ideas on how to get some contractions going I've tried sex and walking baby is already as low as he can go so don't need to lower him just get some contractions going thanks in advance

If you have a breast pump you can use it on a low settings for about 5-10 minutes at a time. Nipple stimulation helps to move things along. There really isn't much you can do to make your body start contractions. Sex is supposed to help because there is something in semen that softens the cervix but again no guarantees.
