For how many days is normal having your period?

I been with my period now for 12 and before that I was already spotting for about 5 days more. I have no pain but is uncomfortable having it you know...I don't know if is normal? I'm going to rhe doctor on friday. I just wanna jnow your opinions.

Idk why you added a winky face. Are you making a joke? I think you should try to see your doctor sooner than Friday. Maybe go to urgent care. I don't want to make you worry, but that really doesn't sound good. If it's not heavy then maybe just try to get the appt sooner, but if you've got an actual flow for 12 days and spotting before that then I don't think it's a weird fluke not to worry about.
