Implantation??

So I've been spotting all day but none of the blood is going onto the pad. Only when i wipe, ive been having small stomach pains, usually my period starts of with a very heavy flow and hurts alot so i thought this was really odd. Could this be implantation bleeding or just a light flow although i never have a light flow sooo...? Answers?
