I got a positive test yesterday and today. I am very bloated and have bad cramps. I baby danced 6x in 24 hours which is normal for us anyway. But not use to this bad of cramping.

Answer

Once you get a LH surge..the egg is being released or was recently released. Eggs can take 12h 24h to 48hr to be released. So for the next 6 days, Hv sex at least once a day or every other day if you can. Then you can do it every 3 days after that. 
If you Hv a constant flow of sperm, you will catch that egg eventually!!
