shortness of breath?

Has any had issues with shortness of breath? I wouldn't say I'm in amazing shape ... but I'm definitely not out of shape to be breathing like this ... currently 4weeks5days

Yes mine started right away around 4 weeks- it's due to a few physiologic changes that happen during early pregnancy from increased progesterone. Your lung capacity increased and your body needs about 20% more oxygen to insure that baby is getting oxygen, so the brain compensates by making you take deeper breaths. Progesterone also causes your blood vessels to dialate and thus your blood pressure falls, making you feel more winded during aerobic activity :) my SOB got better around 6 weeks but is still there occasionally.

I have shortness of breath too I won't be able to confirm my pregnancy till march 10.. but I got 6 positive test so it might be pregnancy

I've been having this as well, and my husband noticed that it was happening more at night when I slept too.  So he suggested a fan in the corner of the room to keep air circulating so I wouldn't have to work so hard to breathe, and it's made a difference to my days too! Just thought I would share.

Yes!! I started around where you are! I ended up getting a respiratory virus and prescribed an abuturol inhaler. You can always ask your doctor about that. I know how uncomfortable it is! It helped me a lot. I hope you feel better💕
