soooo confused!!! bfp a week after period?

Question

Has anyone ever gotten a bfp a week after their "period" ended?! I've been feeling weird...had a positive opk yesterday and figured "there's no possible way I'm pregnant" but I felt so weird again that I took an hpt. And I got this. I'll wait a couple days and call my dr if the line gets darker. Just wanted to hear if anyone else has had this happen...

it is possible to get a positive that soon, in that case you'd gotten pregnant but didn't have enough pregnancy hormones to trigger your period to stop, i had my period 2 months still even after i conceived. currently 9 weeks as of tomorrow. and yes i had an early ultrasound and everything is looking  well.
