Double stroller necessary?

My son will be 3yr 3mos when my daughter is born. We rarely use his stroller anymore but sometimes it's totally necessary. I think it would be worth it to have a double stroller but the husband thinks it's a waste. With that age difference between two kids, did you use one or is in not necessary?

Do a sit and stand.

Well be getting a sit to stand. Its a regular stroller with a foot bench and bench seat incase my then two yr old will need a rest. Hell be able to sit or stand on the back part.

My daughter had just turned 3 when my son was born. We got a sit to stand and used it a lot! I can't imagine not having one. I'm pregnant with baby #3 and my son will be 2 1/2 when the baby is born. I'm sure we'll be using the double stroller a lot again, but everyone is different. You can try without and can always buy it after the baby is born if you feel you need it 😊

We're not getting one. He refuses to use his now. We can change our minds if we decide otherwise after baby is born.

My sister had a three-year age gap and didn't get any use out of her double stroller.  She got a two-seat type, not a sit-n-stand which I thought may be more useful.

A friend of mine bought a skateboard stroller attachment for her 3 yrs old. They also had a bike seat attachment. It was used on their BOB jogger though and I'm not too sure what other strollers they are compatible with, but you could look it up.

I was really thinking about sit and stand but our daughter is pretty good with walking and when baby is here she will turn 4

I have a 2 year old and 1 month old. For that month I tried to baby carry him without using a stroller for my 2 year old because I only had to take and pick her up from daycare by myself. Well, after her regressing and forgetting that you're not supposed to run around  cars, I decided to get a Kolcraft Cloud. 
I chose it because I only use the stroller for daycare and because it only weighs 9.5 pounds but the shade is super big and provides a lot of coverage.
