belly ring keep in or take out?

I'm 13W4D and everyone keeps telling me I should take out my belly ring and idk when is a good time to take it out or is it okay to keep it in?

I'm 14 weeks tomorrow and I have the top and bottom pierced on my belly button and I'm not taking it out until it feels very uncomfortable or my doctor says otherwise. Mine won't close because I've had it for so many years. So I'm not worried about that at all.

I'm 16 weeks still have mine in I asked my doctor and she said it's up to me just remember everything is stretching so it may not look right as I get further .This may sound crazy but I'm scared my skin will stretch so much it tears . My belly button is already popped out .
