Negative turned into a positive.. am I pregnant?

I have had symptoms for weeks now and they all point to pregnancy. I took a test on the 13th in the morning. It was negative. I went to go throw it away as I was cleaning my bathroom that evening and it was positive. Am I pregnant?? In the picture I've posted, it shows the test lines. Please help!

Update : it was a chemical pregnancy. Egg was fertilized, but it never implanted.

I did end up taking another test and it was negative. Completely. Even after the time frame, it stayed negative. I am setting up an appt tomorrow to get a blood test done.
