Surprise! Deklan Andrew decided to come early! Feb 9, my husband, daughter, and I , went to a play and my water broke in the theater. We went to the hospital and he was born at 35 weeks the morning of the 10th. Before he arrived we all made guesses on how much he would weigh, and I remember thinking, 'If he could be at least 7lbs maybe he won't go to the NICU.' He exceeded all expectations and weighed 7lbs 12oz. We couldn't be happier. We had a 2 night hospital stay and got to come home.
