Any advice????

Hello, I'm not quite 40 yet (I'll be 39 on feb 23rd :/ ) but I thought I would join this group to see if anyone has any advice or tips on getting pregnant at my age. I've been ttc since march if 2015 and no luck yet, not even an almost. I don't have the funds to do ivf or any other fertility treatments so I'm left with the only option of conceiving naturally. Pleas if anyone has any advice or tips it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
