Has anyone ever had repeated negatives at home but a positive bloody test?

I'm in between periods but my last period was a 'barely there period' it was significantly lighter than normal and only last 2 days rather than my usual 5/6 nothing on the pad at any point where I would usually completely soak through, and all this week I've been sick every morning and had nausea right up until til about 1pm followed by persistent heart burn! Along with this I also have a creamy discharge and tender breasts. Have taken 2 tests withing this week and both have been negative.

**Quick edit** the reason for this post is because my doctors is crap so I don't want to go in there and look like a right idiot if I'm not pregnant 🙁
