Weight gain?
I am 196lbs approx before getting pregnant and I was hoping to have lost like 25lbs that I had gained over the last year before we got pregnant but I'm now heavier than I have been in years. I had heard it's possible to lose weight first trimester because there's nothing that's actually using your extra calories. Is this actually possible without morning sickness? I heard some ppl lose weight because if nausea morning sickness etc but I don't have that right now. I don't want to have a bad or dangerous pregnancy because I'm overweight right now.
Any thoughts? Or just gain the 25-30lbs extra that comes with the pregnancy and cut my losses afterwards? My greatest concern is impact of my weight on the baby.
