What's wrong with my vagina?!

Ok, this is so personal but I honestly don't care. Can anyone tell me what the hell I have down there. I'm 19 years old and I'm not sexually active. But over the past month down there has been getting weird. It started with a looot of discharge (milky white and thick) and now that has slowed down. Then I noticed white specks down there, and whenever I scratch them off they like FLAKE off. But it keeps coming back. And now today it smells really really bad down there. I'm freaking out because I've always been on top of my hygiene and I have never dealt with smelliness, infections or flaky white stuff down there before. Anyone know what this is?
