If you used Letrozole to help you conceive, how many babies did you get pregnant with?

Took it once and fell pregnant with di/di boys. Im 19 weeks 4 days today.

Only took 2 tablets as i couldn't handle the insomnia.

I've tried it twice. 1st time got pregnant with 1 baby 1st month, had a miscarriage at 7 weeks. Months later took it again this time it took about 4 months and got pregnant with twins di/di boys!! They are almost 13 weeks.

Zero. Didn't work for us, so we went to IVF. But I have a friend who got pregnant twice with it...one baby each time.
