The most annoying problem ever!!!
I'm just over 21 weeks pregnant with my second daughter and I'm having a nightmare. Every time I sneeze I wee, I have absolute no control 🙈 I keep doing pelvic exceecises but it's driving me mad, I'm so scared of it happening when I'm out or at work!
Anyone else had this?
My family have a very strong history of prolapses and hysterectomies....I'm hoping this isn't a sign of what's to come, I've already been told I'll definitely need one in the future due to the family history but I'm 27, all my relatives were in their 50's 😕
