I spotted and it's not flowing. Dang stress has me wanting to rip out my own hair

I took a test but I think i added to much pee in the pee hole lol not sure if that really makes a difference but these are the pics I took of the same dollar test I took. I've been spotting but no actual flow and I'm stressed out so yea this sucks. Not sure what to do 😕 plz no rude comments.
