can someone explain
I've been on Alesse (combination pill) for almost a year now & I just recently realized that I dont understand how it actually works. Can someone help explain to me? i understand that it stops you from ovulating & you get withdrawal bleeding, so does that mean that since i've started BC that I havent had a "real" period???
