I have never been raped, but I know some people who have and a good way to cope with it is to talk about it. Get support. Therapy helps a lot since you can openly share your story with a "stranger". But I would personally talk to close people of mine if it happened to me. I'd tell my mother, my best friend. Whoever is close and I trust. It is important to have support and also tell the police and get that rapist sick person behind bars so he won't do that again to other girls. I hope you will find help and you will be ok. You don't have to live in fear. Take self defense lessons. And absolutely walk like you're not afraid. Guys usually won't mess with women who seem strong and not vulnerable and that way. I was raped (virgin) when I was 14. I still at 18, have issues coping. After it happened I couldn't deal with it, I had night mares a lot and was so flinched. I went to therapy (my mom suggested it) and that didn't work for me but it can for others. 
Over time, the nightmares just started to go away and I grew up and realized it wasn't my fault. I had my family to support me. I still have a few nightmares rarely, but other than that I try to not think about it and go on. There are red flags for me too if I got a boyfriend, but you learn to semi trust them. Talk to someone about it. A good friend family. Don't blame yourself.

Not sure if this specifies as rape but when I was having sex with my ex while we were still together, he wanted to do anal and I kept saying it always hurts when we do it but he wouldn't stop asking so I let him and while we were doing anal I started telling him it hurt and kept telling him to stop and for like 5 minutes he kept going and kept saying "just a sec" even though I specifically said "stop" and "I don't want to do this" multiple times and tried pushing him off

Tbh I didn't cope with it I buried it deep down and it really affected me until I finally told my partner about it and he helped me through it but I still struggle with it and have seen the guy once since and it brought it all back and i couldn't stop shaking for hours after

I was 14 the "boyfriend " was 19 it went on for 2 1/2 years. It still bothers me from time to time. But I've never let myself be the victim of any circumstances. My current SO is very understanding and won't push me to do anything I don't want to.

I don't know if I was raped or not, I never said no but I knew I just wanted it to stop and it was going too fast but I just did all of it anyway cause I didn't know how to stop it and also it felt sort of good but mostly I just wanted it to stop and I can't look the guy in the eye anymore so idk.
