Early signs of pregnancy?

What are some early signs of pregnancy? It would really help if you experienced them yourself, but any knowledge is appreciated!

Chronic headache 
Accessive peeing 
Sore boobs/darker nipples 
Mood swings 
All this came before my missed period

Sore breasts/sensitive nipples. I slept all the time (not just me but my husband too!) and the thing that caught my attention most was the food aversions. I'm obsessed with cookies and chocolate. And I couldn't eat either while pregnant. Unfortunately I misscaried a month ago

I had very odd symptoms. Strange things started happening to me really early on. Like a week before my period was even due I woke up in the middle of the night POURING sweat. Like I was freezing from the fan hitting my drenched body and I had to change my clothes. Then a couple of days before my period was due I got a low grade fever and started getting nose bleeds. Some common symptoms I later ended up having were:
-missed period 
-cramping
-nausea/vomiting
-food aversions and cravings
-sore nipples

Tbh early pregnancy symptoms and PMS symptoms are very much alike. I've been pregnancy three times. I get sore boobs, bloat like crazy, and become exhausted quickly. Other signs are nausea, heightened sense of smell, implantation bleeding, food aversions, consipation or diarrhea, increase in vaginal discharge. I'm sure there may be more, but because the more common ones are like PMS symptoms, it's hard to differentiate the two, so you would just have to take a test two weeks after having unprotected sex to get a better answer than symptom spotting. I had to pee all the time! & I couldn't sleep properly an I just felt heavy in my vagina lol my boobs were sore too& hot and cold flashes

Tiredness (feeling extra tired with the same amount of sleep as usual) 
Extra hungry 
Weight gain 
Morning sickness (not every pregnancy will have it though) 
Sore stomach. (Cramps)

I know there are more but I just can't think of any right now 😂
