Are miscarriages normal?

I feel like everyone on here has had one or more miscarriages and everywhere I have read everyone is saying they have had one. I am so scared to have a miscarriage and everyone is talking like it's something that everyone has.

Quite common unfortunately, my sister, sister in law, other sister in law and myself have all had miscarriages, my mother has had a baby only live for 5 days due to health problems and my other sister in law had a twin pregnancy but one was a still born.

I think the stats are 1-4 recognized pregnancies end in miscarriage 😕. It's sad, but common. You can't worry about them though , if you get a BFP just focus on the positive and pray for th best! I didn't enjoy my first pregnancy because I was terrified about every cramp or pain and worried about everything that COULD go wrong... if I could do it over, I would just enjoy that time! And if God will bless me with another, I'm going to just enjoy this one! Good luck on your TTC journey ! Baby dust !

My mom had 2 mc, 3 births. My sister had one mc and 1 birth. My sister in law had one mc and 3 births. I have had 2 births (21 weeks with 3rd) with no mc... They are common but not everyone has them.
