Menstrual cups?

How do menstrual cups work? I'm big on being environment friendly, and I'm interested in them, but I don't know how they work or where to get them. Any opinions or insight on them?

Dive cup here! I bought my first one just a month ago from Kmart. I've heard Walgreens and Target carry them too. I think where you can get them depends on where you live. I'm in Small Town U.S.A.

I got mine online. I have the diva cup and absolutely love it. I will never go back to anything else. The first cycle it was a little hard to get used to but after that it was fine. I did get spotting here and there but I found out it was because my cup was too low for me so I really have to shove that sucker up there. Never leaked at night.  Seriously a life changer. People always worry about having to change/dump it in a public restroom but just do that before you leave home and you will be good for 12 hours. If it is a heavy day and you need to change it a little more then twice a day then yes a little planning is involved.
