How hard is the actual cord? Will he freak out?

My niece's dad couldn't do it, he was about to pass out.lmao! i was 16 and i happily cut her cord. It is a little tough but he may be able to do it. I used to tell her "your mom made you, but i made your belly button" it's always been a cute sentiment between us because i am the one who seperated her from her mom.

Sometimes blood shoots from the umbilical cord when you cut it. I watched my godson be born and when his dad cut the cord he got shot right in the eye lol
