Itchyyyyyy

I have been soooo itchy down there lately. Not in my actual vagina but on the front, on my labia, and now there is also a painful bump on there. I have made an appointment with the doctor but I have to wait a while for that 😭😭 Is there anything I can do to ease the itch meanwhile? Its driving me crazy!!!!! Also if you have any idea of what it may be please share!
