I use the Nuva Ring and have now for quite some time. I love it btw! I only bleed for maybe day and half-two days. And hardly any cramps. :) I just recently heard from a nurse that she uses it and that she will sometimes leave the ring in for a month, then replace with new one. Instead of only for theee weeks. So basically not having her period. Is this ok? Maybe sometimes and not always? I Just hate my period week cuz I can tell and feel the difference in hormones and other things. So was considering doing what she does sometimes. Thought?
