please Help!!!

I have these dots o my leg and hip and idk what they are or when I got them. One is on the inside of my thigh and it itches. The one on my hip doesn't bother me and it's just there. It doesn't hurt itch nothing. Also.. I am 16 don't really have the money for doctors appoints nor the time. But does anyone know what it might possibly be?
