Can I get these questions answered?

Sarah
Ok so my daughter is 9 days old and doing absolutely great with me just exclusively breastfeeding. She typically latches anywhere from 10-35mins as a good feed. I have to admit though that it's getting exhausting with waking her up in the middle of the night for feeds because my peds are strict on the 2-3hr rules. She only has 5oz left to go before getting back to birth weight, which doctor said that's awesome and did commend me. I'm very happy she is gaining and I'm proud of myself for keeping up with it all. My family disagrees and says I shouldn't wake her up for feeds, because she'll let you know when she's hungry. I do believe she would make it through the night without any feeds if I tried, but I'm afraid of going against doctors wishes just because of selfishly wanting sleep again. I've made my own 3-4hr night routine with her instead just so I can get that extra hour of sleep. We start at 10pm, 2am, 6am, and start the day at 9:30am with feedings anywhere between 2 1/2-3hrs throughout the day until we get back to 10pm bedtime again. If we are busy or out somewhere, it's possible that she might not get fed until the 4hr mark, but I believe that's still okay as long as she's content. My husband would love to start helping me with the feeds through bottles so I don't have to get up as often. I now have permission to pump, because according to the peds I wasn't allowed to pump right away in the hospital. They have me starting off with once a day, but I feel like I can do more than once in a day. Why are they restricting me to only once a day? I'm returning to work at the end of March and my husband/family members need a decent supply ready for them when it comes time to babysit. I'm afraid I won't have enough supply ready for them by that time or maybe I'm wrong. So here are a few questions I have....
How often do you pump in a day?
How much supply is going to accumulate within the next 2-3wks?
How long are you supposed to pump for? An estimated time - 20, 30, 40 minutes??
How many ounces should the baby eat per feeding every 2-3hrs or if I stretch it to 4hrs?
How many bottles do I need to make for an entire days worth of feeding when it's time for her to be with a family member?
Should I experiment and not wake her up for feedings unless she wakes up on her own letting me know she's hungry?
Is there anything I might be forgetting to ask that I don't know about?
Thank you ladies, FTM here! All trial and error for me.
