Nexplanon and Side Effects

So I've had nexplanon since July 2016. Didn't really notice much other than so occasional bleeding that can be stopped with a prescription, but now I'm getting acne breakouts in my prone areas from high school.... any recommendations for me on what to do besides talk to my OBGYN?
