Omg I wish I would have had one at 16! My poor hands got a lot of work back then. But depending where you live (I'm from NYC) it is easy to get one at a sex store. I used to go into them in my teens and no one said anything, I just never bought one because I didn't have the money. Online might be easier if you have a card, it's hard to recommend one because it depends on what you like ;)

If you are anywhere with a spencers (or similar store) you can buy one in person. Its only stores that mainly sell sex related items that you have to be 18. You can also buy vibrators at walmart under the age of 18.

TBH I started rubbing by age 13, fingers didn't come until like 15. Up until last year before my 20th bday I bought my first dildo. For me personally, I prefer using my fingers. Sadly the dildo is a bit uncomfortable for me, even when I'm heavily lubed up. It all depends on how you would like to go. Do start with like a vibrator or a small dildo because the guy I was with at the time helped me choose the dildo I have now and it's not a sensible size for a beginner.
