ignored in a relationship

My boyfriend and I have been dating for two months. He never texts me, or snaps be back. We literally only talk when we see each other which is once a week. But he gets drunk every night with his friends, and he stood me up twice and is always three hours late to hangout. He said he loves me, but he doesn't show it. His last relationship was for two years and they went through basically everything together. I don't have any girl friends to ask, I need help. What do you think???
