So my boyfriend and I have been dating for almost four years, and We have a 2 year old. About two years ago I used to work at a care home and I became friends with this girl. We talk here and there and sometimes hangout in a blue moon. Last year around October/ November she decided we should have a girls night out at first I didn't know where we were going but I told him when I found out we were going to have a girls night out. He was a little upset that I was going out without him. I find out later on that we were going to a strip club, so I let him know and he had a fit to the point where he ignored me for at least an hour. The next day he was still upset and wouldn't let it go and kept bringing it up throughout the whole day. Four weeks ago someone who've made a big impact in my life passed away, So my sister decided she wanted to take me out to get drinks. It had been at least 6 or 7 years since me and my sister hung out. I called my boyfriend to let him know and he was upset again. He was pissed off and brought up strip club situation. He automatically thought my sisters fiancé was going and I told him no it's just her and I, and again he ignored me pretty much the whole night because he was pissed off. Lately he's been snooping through my phone, reading all of my text messages and being a jerk. So today I sent him a message just to see what his reaction would be saying me and my friend were planning something and he said " I guess I won't be invited." After an exchange of words I said "maybe we should just have a date night because we've been irritable with each other and we need time to ourselves." And he replied " No I don't want to." Is there something that I'm doing wrong? Please be honest.
