Two positives followed by a vvf positive today? Early miscarriage? I tested at 10am with these two and today at 5am so could it be that the urine was less concentrated or the time of day? Please help. In tears 😔

This is today's vvvfl. I took the test at 5am after going to bed at around 1am. Other tests were 10am after bed at 1am.
