Breast cancer?

I have spots on both nipples, I've always been worried about having cancer. Please don't judge. Is this what breast cancer spots look like?

They are called Montgomery tubercles or glands. They are normal

No not at all! Quite a lot of women have dots or tiny little lumps like these, including myself! They're nothing to worry about!
