My fertile window is ending in 2 days so my period isent for a while but I just woke up its 3am I'm having extreme cramps and pain in my tummy and blood and blood clots everywhere I'm feeling week and gross I'm also extremely enemic and could of possible been In the early stages of pregnancy is this is a miscarriage or what I feel like I'm dying Simone anybody please help me I don't know what is going on!
