My baby just doesn't like to eat

My 10 month olds hates to eat even drinking formula is a big deal she'll drink about 4 to 5 ounces every two and a half to three hours. She'll sit with us in her high chair and take a few bites of our food but that is it I try to give her breakfast in the morning of oatmeal but she she always refuses even with fruit mixed in. The most she likes to eat is mashed potatoes with a little bit of cheese or baked potato with the most at maybe five bites she loves to drink water. She's just never been a good eater she used to kind of like butternut squash. But she recently lost all interest in baby food. Anybody else dealing with this what do your babies prefer she also likes to eat Puffs so eat maybe 10 back-to-back but then starts spreading them out I just don't know what else to feed her and I don't think we need will go very well.
