Needing some help

I am 13 weeks Pregnant I have been so sick and nauseated the whole time. Sex to me right now is disgusting it just makes me sick and my bf is mad and upset because I don't fell like having sex or giving him a bj idk what to do and on top of that I got a cold and I don't fell good and he's starting it today idk what to do.
