help with morning sickness???

I don't want to take medicine but is there anything that I can eat or drink or somethingggggg I can do to help my nausea

I had almost no luck without medicine. One thing that kind of helped was when I would suck on jolly ranchers.

Tey anything with ginger in, I had some ginger biscuits next to my side of the bed for emergencies (for one night and then my stepson found them), ginger tea with lemon too!

Honestly nothing helped me but medicine. However some things that helped my best friend were lemon drop candies and eating crackers or granola bars in bed before getting up.
