feeling nervous need opinions

I'm 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow and I have no pregnancy symptoms at all . I have had some cramping in my stomach and phoned the midwife today she is sending me for an early scan tomorrow morning but before she went off the phone she said "fingers crossed but if it's not all ok tomorrow will you let us know so we can cancel your appointment " and it's just put fear and worry into me . Any advice or comments appreciated
