painful sex since 7 weeks pregnant

Okay, so maybe this is tmi? I have had painful sex every time my boyfriend and I have sex since I have been 7 weeks pregnant. Painful as in it burns... like I'm having a hard time self linricating (which has never been an issue before) no matter how much I think I want to have sex, no matter how turned on I am, nothing. Does anyone else have this? Also, what do I do?? I talked to my boyfriend and he said he's okay with waiting to have sex until after the baby or spending a lot more time on foreplay. I just don't really want to wait
