Going crazy! Has anyone experienced hair loss and what has helped? I've had one spot that there's like no hair there probably quarter sized and it's been there at least a month it doesn't seem like I've lost any more but does anyone have any tips to stop hair loss and also to get thicker hair. I had super thick hair up until my late teen years at least. I feel this is because stress but not sure how to eliminate it
