I have a unicornate uterus (half the size of a normal one). I didn't know I had it until I was 26 weeks pregnant last year.  Turns out, I got pregnant in a rudimentary uterine horn, which ruptured one day while I was at work. I lost a lot of blood and almost died, and unfortunately, my daughter did a few hours after she was born.  They removed the uterine horn, so it's not as dangerous, but they're keeping a very close eye on me this time. There is a much higher risk for preterm labor.

Not really but j have hypothyroidism its controlled. It they still have me going for growth scans every few weeks because apparently hypo can cause intrauterine growth restriction . My next one is at 35 weeks I think z

Yes and no. My first daughter was born with a rare syndrome that we didn't know about until after she was born, so this pregnancy, I have OBs instead of a midwife and will be in the hospital, instead of a birth center. My OBs have been running lots of tests and taking extra care to monitor baby's development. So far, all signs point to a healthy, typical baby, so we're proceeding as such and I'm planning another unmedicated, intermittently monitored labor and delivery.

Yes, I go get my progesterone shot every week 😩😑. Preterm labor is so scary. I had my first two kids early and I've already started nesting for this one at 32 weeks. I need him to stay out for another 5 weeks!!! Doctor checks my cervix every week also.

Back at the beginning I was told I had super low Papp-a which means I'm at risk for my placenta to stop working properly in third trimester (risk of preterm labor, low birth weight, intrauterine growth restriction, preeclampsia, placental abruption & fetal death). Also risk for Down syndrome but I was cleared of that. So now that I'm in my third trimester I have to have weekly growth scans and non stress tests.

I have a baby girl with a vein of Galen malformation. Found at 20 wk ultrasound and have been high risk since. Started with ultrasounds every other week and now I'm going twice a week for ultrasounds and non stress tests. Some ultrasounds include growth, some include echos, all are biophysical profiles.

My previous two pregnancies were high risk and my current is as well. 
Any future pregnancies will be also.

For starters my second son was 5 weeks premature and I was experiencing preterm labor since about 5 months with him.

I was pregnanct with a baby girl and she had either non working kidneys or none at all and we lost her at 16 weeks pregnant.

This pregnancy everything is going great. No reason to be high risk except for previous history. Thankfully he's looking like a chunky little boy who's going to make it full term 😍
