I woke up crying this morning my periods are usually light but cd 1 is when i cramp the most then no cramps but this cycle up to day 3 and I'm in so much pain the only thing that's some what helping is hot showers or crawling up in a ball in bed but you would think it would be heavy with the amount of pain I'm in but nope doesn't even fill a full pad ...should i go see my gp or is it normal to have a period like this ?
